Carlisha Williams Bradley is an award-winning executive leader, education advocate, and coach. Carlisha lends her expertise and voice as a champion for women and girls worldwide as the founder of Women Empowering Nations (WEN), a nonprofit devoted to the leadership development of girls of the African diaspora.

CEO of Amplify for Women

WEN recently partnered with CANTU Beauty, establishing the 2022 Girls Leading Our World((GLOW) Cohort to promote female leadership across the Globe.  This partnership was featured in the February issue of Forbes Magazine.

 

Carlisha’s work with WEN and her personal journey in executive leadership led her to establish Amplify for Women in July 2020. As CEO of Amplify for Women, she accelerates the pathway of Black women to executive leadership through professional branding, public speaking and leadership coaching.

 

Carlisha has been recognized for her remarkable work and continuous commitment to change with numerous awards including 2021 Dan Allen Center for Social Justice Award, 2020 Tulsan of the Year, 2020 Journal Record Woman of the Year, 2020 City Year Champion of Student Success, 2017 Oklahoma Magazine 40 Under 40, 2016 Mayor’s Pinnacle Women of Year and more.
